Deposits

A deposit of up to 50% of the total rental price is required to secure your reservation.

All deposits are non-refundable, except where required by Florida law.

Deposits may, at our discretion, be credited toward a future rental if the event is rescheduled.
Cancellations by Customer

More than 7 days before event: Payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded.

Less than 24 hours before event: No refunds will be issued. The full balance may be due.

No-shows or refusal at delivery: No refunds will be issued.
Cancellations by Company
We reserve the right to cancel a rental if:

Weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., lightning, heavy rain, high winds).

The delivery/setup area is unsafe or unsuitable.

Renter fails to provide valid identification or sign the required liability waiver.
If we must cancel for these reasons, your deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future rental, but no cash refunds will be issued.
Weather Policy

Rentals cannot be used in severe weather conditions. If weather issues occur during the rental, no refunds will be issued for early termination.

If unsafe weather is forecast prior to delivery, we may allow you to reschedule your rental and apply your deposit to a new date.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds (when applicable) will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
